An SME biotechnology company aimed to increase its customer base and generate more interest in its novel platform.
The biotechnology company had already developed key accounts within the UK & Europe but not within key markets like the US and APAC. Specifically, they wanted to target researchers and principal scientists who were working in the biopharma industry and were interested in developing alternative research reagents that are highly specific to biologics of interest to support their research goals.
As per our agreement, the biotech company launched a targeted digital marketing campaign that included social media ads, search engine optimization support, and multiple email marketing campaigns. In addition, we linked a gated landing page we developed for the client that provided additional information about their novel platform and services, including non-confidential data from past collaborations.
Over the course of a nine-month campaign, the biotech firm witnessed a 23% increase in leads, we managed to secure on average an additional four meetings with new customers every week, with a minimum of one new customer signing for our biotechnology partners service every month following the initial two month ramping up period of our campaign.
As a result of the efforts from our campaigning, the biotech firm was able to increase sales and revenue. They also gained access to key opinion leaders and decision-makers within strategic accounts they identified during our consultation period. Our biotechnology partner has now become a trusted and reliable source for custom research reagents and laid the foundations for further expansion of its global footprint.
